Leslie Berger is an Associate Professor at Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.  In her research, Leslie studies features of organizations that can affect individuals’ decisions to share information with colleagues and supervisors.  Most recently Leslie has studied factors, such as monetary incentives and fraud characteristics, that can influence employees’ whistleblowing decisions.  Her research has been supported by Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, CPA Canada and the Canadian Academic Accounting Association.
