Hannah Alberga is a Master of Journalism student at Ryerson University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Media Information and Technoculture (MIT) and Creative Writing from Western University. Her research interests include the importance of whistleblowers in a democratic society and the lack of protection they have in Canada. In addition, she is passionate about the journalist’s role in exposing unseen corporate and government corruption. Hannah is a Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University. She interned at The Canadian Jewish News last summer and was the Creative Section Editor of Openwide Magazine.
