Babs Kelly

Babs Kelly (she/her) is the Director of Learning and Development at the British Columbia Library Trustees Association. She has over 30 years of experience working in governance and community engagement and has carried out extensive community-driven and academic research projects on governance structures, cultures, and procedures. Prior to joining BCLTA Babs worked in government library services and public libraries in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
Babs holds a Master of Library and Information Studies and a Master of Business Administration. She is also a certified dialogue and workshop facilitator. 

Babs lives and works on the traditional and unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation (Prince George, B.C.).
