BPC Bulletin: Emmett Macfarlane's "Dilemmas of Free Expression"

Dilemmas of Free Expression, a new collection of essays edited by Emmett Macfarlane, is now on sale.

The essays explore contemporary expression issues in Canada. Contributors include Jamie Cameron, Carissima Mathen, Richard Moon and Cara Faith Zwibel.

Emmett Macfarlane teaches political science at the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

The Book and Periodical Council was formed in 1975 as the Book and Periodical Development Council to provide a venue for members to discuss industry issues, address mutual concerns and undertake projects for the benefit of Canadian writing and publishing.
